Sunportal daylighting technology has transformed an abandoned underground square into a bright and fresh garden for public. The sunlight collectors installed on the Jong-no Tower Square track the sun during the day to do their job. The sunlight collected is then channeled through the tubes with special lenses. The anodized aluminum panels on the ceiling then scatter the light to the garden.
